Refund policy

     We pride ourselves in creating great quality garments for our customers. Each garment is inspected for quality assurance including damages, spots ect. prior to shipping.

RETURNS: We will allow returns for customers who contact us within 7 days of the order's delivery (verified by your tracking #). After your return request is confirmed, we MUST receive the items within 3 weeks. Worn or damaged items WILL NOT BE accepted for return. Items lost by the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of SHAN LATRIS and unfortunately cannot receive a refund. In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier for compensation.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost is non-refundable and there are no free returns unless there is an error on our part.
